Six Regions
Each cluster carries its own rate based on geography, complexity, and routing efficiency.
Asymmetrical Complexity
Pricing is structured by region because each market carries a different burden. The more complex the city is to reach and coordinate, the higher the city rate. The more efficiently cities route together, the lower the city rate.
International Complexity
Mexico and Canada are more expensive because they require cross border travel, customs coordination, and added schedule protection. The U.S. cities lose this premium and price below.
Routing Efficiency
The Northeast is priced lowest because New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Boston route as the tightest cluster in the tour. Vancouver is priced higher because it is hard to integrate into the broader route.
Asset Utility
Each appearance is not only a day of event. It creates reusable assets for digital distribution, paid media, host city promotion, recap content, and broadcast advertisements. That utility is held flat across cities and does not change the rate up or down.
How each rate is worked down from the benchmark.
Every region starts at the €500,000 daily benchmark. Deductions are applied for each factor that reduces execution burden. Mexico stays at parity. The rest scale down to a final city rate.
Each city is billed as one.
Each city activation covers up to three days on the ground depending on the creative ethos selected. A run and gun content ethos may resolve in a single primary shoot day. A more produced broadcast or sponsor led ethos may require two to three days for advance arrival, schedule protection, location timing, and supporting capture. The city rate does not change within that window unless additional scope is added.

Each city is billed as a one city activation unit covering up to three days on the ground. The exact day count within that window depends on the creative ethos selected for the city. That presence does not change the city rate unless the scope expands beyond the agreed activation package.
The activation does not require all 16 cities.
For the campaign to function as a true World Cup event, the appearance count needs to clear a minimum threshold that depends on the country mix.
Minimum appearances if the route touches Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
Minimum appearances if the route stays primarily in the United States.
Minimum appearances if the route includes Canada but does not include all three countries.
